Why We Built This Site
South Carolina gives the public access to many court records, but court files are still routed by office and record type. The McCormick County Clerk of Court handles Circuit Court, Common Pleas, General Sessions, and Family Court records. Probate Court handles estates, guardianships, conservatorships, marriage licenses, and mental-health probate matters. Magistrate Court handles traffic, warrants, bond, and lower-level criminal matters. The Sheriff's Office and Detention Center handle jail and law-enforcement records.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
